- Advises and appears in disputes involving defective building works and related construction disputes.
- Represents parties in trade practices and consumer protection matters, including allegations of misleading and deceptive conduct.
- Acts in matters concerning alleged breach of directors’ duties and other corporate governance issues.
- Advises and acts for insolvency practitioners on all aspects of external administration, including preference claims, securities, deeds of company arrangement and the wind-up process.
- Conducting debt recovery proceedings and associated enforcement actions for corporate and commercial clients.
