Tahnee works in our Statutory Insurance team, helping WorkSafe Victoria defend common law and statutory benefits claims brought under the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic). Tahnee also provides strategic ad hoc advice on a range of scheme matters.
