Sue has almost 10 years’ experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, as well as extensive experience in professional indemnity litigation acting on behalf of insurers and law firms. In addition to litigation, Sue has extensive experience in the Australian education industry, having acted for various vocational educational training organisations and higher education providers in relation to their compliance with the highly complex nexus of legislative and regulatory requirements. Sue regularly acts for Chinese clients in high stakes litigation including public listed Chinese property developers, Chinese State-government owned enterprise ad various medium-sized Chinese businesses in and outside of Australia. Sue has dual qualifications in Laws and Accounting and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
