Stephanie has over 20 years' experience in representing employers, insurers and self-insured corporations in the management and defence of personal injury matters.
She is an experienced advocate and appears in the Conciliation and Arbitration Services of WorkCover WA, the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia, and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Stephanie is a strong proponent of early intervention and alternative dispute resolution and is experienced in managing and defending complex claims including complex psychological injury claims.
Stephanie has performed a wide range of insurance work and supervises the firm’s WA Seafarers’ practice. She is valued by her clients for her pragmatic and direct approach to litigation and her down to earth nature.
