Stacy is the General Counsel of Hall & Wilcox, leading the firm’s Legal Excellence & Risk team, advising on legal, governance, risk and compliance matters. He works closely with the firm’s leadership to support strong governance, informed-decision making and operational excellence.

With experience across Australia and the United Kingdom, Stacy has held senior legal and risk roles within leading global law firms, working in both private practice and in-house. His broad experience across legal, risk, and regulatory functions supports the firm as it continues to navigate an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment.
