Having worked in a broad civil litigation practice on both the plaintiff and defence sides, Samara brings a strategic and balanced perspective to managing matters and achieving effective outcomes for her clients. Samara regularly represents clients in mediations and formal litigation in the Northern Territory Local Court and the Work Health Court. She is approachable and adaptable, ensuring clients receive high‑quality service and strong results.
Experience
- Advising insurers and employers in the Northern Territory on their obligations under the Return to Work Act 1986 (NT), including matters relating to statutory insurance, liability, and recovery.
- Representing clients in mediations, conciliations, and settlement conferences, providing strategic and practical advocacy.
- Advising and acting for clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and medical negligence claims, across the Northern Territory Local Court, Work Health Court, and Supreme Court.
