Experience
- Appearing, representing, advocating and negotiating for clients at:
- Conciliation conferences, directions hearings, interlocutory hearings, and pre-arbitration conferences at WorkCover WA; and
- Pre-trial conferences and Mediation Conferences at the District Court of WA.
- Instructing solicitor for complex arbitration and common law matters which have resulted in positive outcomes for clients.
- Providing advice to clients on technical legal issues.
- Providing advice to clients on assessment of liability and damages in matters where the Plaintiff has sustained serious personal injuries.
- Providing advice to clients in relation to Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 1984 and 2023 (WA) and Civil Liability Act 2002.
- Assisting with training provided to clients, in relation to the new workers compensation legislation.
