
Noah is a senior lawyer in our Statutory Insurance Queensland team, assisting insurers and other litigants with defending complex common law claims for personal injuries damages, including catastrophic injury claims. He also provides advice concerning the fulfullment of obligations under Queensland's workers' compensation scheme, choice of law conflicts, and the interrelationship of statutory schemes and policies of insurance.
