Noah is a senior lawyer in our Statutory Insurance Queensland team, assisting insurers and other litigants with defending complex common law claims for personal injuries damages, including catastrophic injury claims. He also provides advice concerning the fulfullment of obligations under Queensland's workers' compensation scheme, choice of law conflicts, and the interrelationship of statutory schemes and policies of insurance.

Clients value Noah for his ability to provide clear advice on complex issues, including statutory interpretation of Queensland's workers' compensation and motor vehicle legislation, and other historical associations between major statutory insurers in Queensland and other States. Noah has worked for plaintiffs, defendants, insurers, reinsurers, and personal litigants, providing him with a holistic perspective of all interested stakeholders to litigation.

Outside of personal injuries claims, Noah advises on product liability and recalls, and has acted for a defendant in a high profile National Heavy Vehicle Law prosecution.
