She has a strong focus on employee relations and litigation and has experience representing clients in the Fair Work Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission, as well as State and Federal Courts.

Experience
- Conducing workplace investigations for public and private organisations, including local councils and an ASX100 company.
- Advising on the application of employees’ post-employment obligations, including restraint of trade and breach of confidentiality.
- Appearing for employers in conciliations for unfair dismissal claims and general protections claims in the Fair Work Commission.
- Advising employers in relation to claims in the Federal Circuit and Family Court in general protections and anti-discrimination claims.
- Drafting contacts of employment and workplace policies and procedures.
- Advising in relation to compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), including advice on the National Employment Standards.
