- Advised Scentre Group and Barrenjoey Private Capital on the successful launch of a new private fund, the West Lakes Opportunity Trust, and the acquisition of a 50 per cent interest in Westfield West Lakes shopping centre in Adelaide for $174.8 million.
- Advising property developers in several private residential apartment block and townhouse developments, ranging from bespoke complexes to large 80 plus apartment complexes, including preparing off-the-plan sale contracts and disclosure documents and advising on title, development issues, and sale of the apartments.
- Advising property developers in commercial and industrial developments including preparing off-the-plan sale contracts, disclosure documents, agreements for lease and leases.
- Advising KPAT Property on a $60 million 160 room plus 1,000m2 retail mixed-use Avani Mooloolaba hotel redevelopment at the Sunshine Coast, including the development agreement, due diligence, financing, and hotel management agreements.
- Advising McConaghy Funds Management on the acquisition of the Toowoomba Plaza shopping centre and the Ridge Shopping World at Toowoomba, two multi-tenanted retail shopping centres, including negotiations of a put and call option deed and contract.
- Assisting with the full legal due diligence on the Centuria Funds Management acquisition of the $202 million West Village precinct located in Brisbane’s West End.
- Advising on the acquisition and due diligence of residential, commercial and industrial sites across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.
