Markus Saltups

Markus’ practice focuses on statutory benefits claims brought pursuant to the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic).

Markus acts for Worksafe Victoria, its agents and employers. He is a member of WorkSafe Victoria's circuit team which manages litigation work in the Bendigo and Mildura regions. Markus is an efficient litigator with strong dispute resolution skills. He provides prompt and succinct oral and written advice to his clients and has built good relationships with various employers in the Bendigo and Mildura regions.

Markus also advises on common law matters for the TAC.
