- Representing and advising major insurers to expertly resolve complex CTP and motor vehicle claims, including major and catastrophic claims and fraud
- Analysing facts and evidence to deliver strategic advice on a wide range of quantum and liability issues in CTP claims, including a comprehensive review of medical records, medico-legal reports, and guidelines
- Autonomously manging the entire lifecycle of long-tail claims
- Advising on and conducting on settlement conferences to settle disputes
- Drafting reply submissions to dispute applications made by claimant’s to the Personal Injury Commission
- Briefing and instructing counsel at hearings and claims assessment conferences.
