- Acts for major energy and infrastructure clients, including Boom Logistics and Jemena, on complex disputes and project delivery issues, including security of payment adjudications and Supreme Court proceedings.
- Supports large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including Snowy 2.0 and multiple utility-scale solar developments, advising designers and EPC contractors on project delivery and risk.
- Advises community housing providers, including Community Housing Limited, on social and affordable housing projects across multiple jurisdictions, supporting the delivery of critical housing infrastructure.
- Advises clients on tourism and commercial developments, including the redevelopment of the Penguin Parade at Phillip Island Nature Parks and Turtle Sands Holiday Park for NRMA Parks and Resorts.
