With 15 years’ experience solely in Insurance Law, Lucy is dedicated to the insurance industry and is committed to developing close working relationships with clients. Her practice includes professional indemnity, diverse property claims, product liability, indemnity and policy interpretation, fraud and claim investigations, and public liability claims. As an adept advocate, Lucy regularly appears for clients in court and participates in alternative dispute resolution programs in those matters identified as unsuitable for litigation. Her experience includes a secondment to an insurance client where she had conduct of a large professional indemnity claims practice. The secondment allowed Lucy to gain a practical understanding of the commercial drivers of insurers and has strengthened her ability to advise on matters with highly advanced commercial acumen.

- Defending various claims brought against a range of occupiers and professionals in civil claims for damages
