- Acting for NSW government transport agencies on property, construction and development matters, including access to road and rail corridors, developments adjoining transport landholdings, and leasing and licensing arrangements.
- Acting for Transport Asset Manager of NSW major transport infrastructure projects, including securing land tenure, access rights and property arrangements to support the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal and associated road and rail infrastructure.
- Advises government clients on strategic property acquisitions, including acting for Health Infrastructure NSW on key acquisitions supporting major healthcare projects.
- Acted for Kingsmede on the sale of a $60m commercial office building in North Sydney, successfully navigating complex settlement issues and time pressures to achieve the client’s commercial objectives.
- Acting for Forza Capital on the acquisition of a $220m commercial office building in North Sydney, including all due diligence on the building and tenants, contract negotiations and settlement.
- Acted for Corval on the acquisition of a $115m majority interest in Brisbane Technology Park, providing strategic advice throughout the transaction process.
- Advising renewable energy developers on securing land tenure for wind and solar projects, including negotiating options, acquisitions, leases, licences and easements with landowners, councils and government stakeholders.
