Jessica is a senior lawyer in our Dispute Resolution team with a focus on intellectual property, technology and complex trust disputes.
Jessica advises clients on technically complex and commercially significant disputes, including intellectual property rights enforcement and defence, technology-driven contract disputes and disputes involving complex corporate and trust structures. She is known for her ability to distil complex factual and legal issues into clear, strategic advice and to drive matters efficiently through to resolution.
Jessica is also an experienced commercial litigator who has acted for clients in complex, large-scale and high-profile litigation trials in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria, the Federal Court of Australia and the appellate courts.
Her clients include large public and private companies, small-to-medium businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
