She acts for local, national and international businesses, developers, shopping centre owners, managed funds and private landlords. Jessica also has experience in franchising and intellectual property and has assisted international and national franchise systems.

Advises a diverse portfolio of private clients, shopping centre owners and managed funds in relation to complex commercial, industrial and retail leasing portfolios including strategic negotiations and portfolio management.
Acts on the acquisition and disposal of significant commercial property assets including undertaking due diligence, identifying and mitigating risk and advising clients through to completion.
