Harry is the lead partner of the firm's financial services practice.

Harry's practice focuses extensively on financial services, corporate advisory and general corporate and commercial work.

Harry has represented a number of listed public companies, large private companies and government organisations. His clients include all types of financial services businesses, including responsible entities, financial planners, superannuation funds, investment advisers, insurance brokers, corporate advisers and accountants.

Harry advises his clients on managed investment schemes, structured products, financial services including licensing and product disclosure, product disclosure statement, prospectus preparation and public offers of managed investment interests and securities.

Harry’s practice also includes advising on the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, mergers, acquisitions and divestments, commercial transactions, superannuation, including self-managed and public offer funds and AML/CTF programs.

Harry is ranked as a leading lawyer for Financial Services Regulation (2020-2026) and Investment funds (2025) in Chambers Asia Pacific Guide. He is ranked in Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2023-2026 for Family Offices & Funds Restructuring in Australia. He has been recognised in the The Best Lawyers in Australia in Corporate/Governance Practice every year since 2014. He has also been a finalist for the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year since 2017.

Harry is a Fellow of Finsia, a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and is on the Executive Committee and Chairs the Issues and Regulatory Committee for Property Funds Australia. He is also a former member of the executive of the Financial Planning Association of Australia Melbourne Chapter.  Harry is also on the editorial panel of and a regular contributor to Lexis Nexis Financial Services Newsletter.
