- Acting for the Victorian Government in relation to property acquisition and compensation related works for major projects in Victoria, including negotiating terms of settlement and preparing land title documents, including claims concerning statutory interpretation, contamination and complex planning and valuation conditions.
- Acting for two global engineering companies in respect of an ongoing and large scale litigation in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, concerning alleged breach of contract and misleading and deceptive conduct.
- Acting for commercial liquidators in Federal Court proceedings, as well as advising smaller entities in relation to corporation law claims.
