- Defending claims in false imprisonment, assault and battery, breaches of privacy and equitable causes of action.
- Advising organisations in coronial inquests into deaths.
- Acting and advising government entities in disputes relating to protected disclosures legislation.
- Advising and defending organisations in disputes involving anti-discrimination legislation and Victoria’s Charter of Human Rights.
- Acting in claims arising out of sexual, physical and racial abuse and bullying, including historical sexual abuse claims.
- Acting and advising government entities and insurers in administrative law proceedings, including judicial review, injunction applications and appeals.
- Defending sporting and entertainment venues, clubs and institutions against public liability claims brought by spectators and other entrants.
