
Diana's practice focuses on personal injury law and insurance litigation. She has advocacy experience across multiple jurisdictions, including the District Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal in New South Wales, as well as the Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal in the Australian Capital Territory.
Diana has over 15 years' experience in statutory insurance and currently specialises in compulsory third party (CTP) claims.
Diana takes a proactive approach to matter management and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for her clients, which include major national insurers.
As part of her commitment to client service, Diana spent four months on secondment with a major client of Hall & Wilcox, supporting their internal dispute resolution team and gaining valuable insight into in-house operations.
Before joining Hall & Wilcox, Diana spent six years at a national law firm, representing major insurer clients such as NRMA, Zurich, and Suncorp in CTP claims. During this time, she also completed a secondment with a global insurer, where she served as a team manager in its CTP team.
In 2025, Diana was selected by her peers for inclusion in the fourth edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Australia for her expertise in insurance law.
