
Claude is a commercial disputes, insolvency and regulatory investigations lawyer. He regularly acts for government entities in Victoria and New South Wales.
Claude has demonstrated experience with statutory interpretation; disputes involving trusts, corporations and partnerships; and insolvency. Claude also assists in matters involving the regulation of financial services licensees, including in investigations by ASIC and the ACCC.
Claude was previously a judge’s associate in the Supreme Court of Victoria. His experience at the court has given him a thorough understanding of court procedure and the practicalities of litigation.
