- Acting for a beverage company in Supreme Court proceedings involving alleged breaches of a manufacturing agreement and misuse of confidential information.
- Acting for directors and shareholders in shareholder oppression proceedings and related contractual disputes.
- Acting for the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) in a number of proceedings concerning AFCA’s contractual authority, jurisdiction or power to act upon and determine consumer complaints under AFCA’s dispute resolution process.
- Acting for financial services institutions responding to regulatory investigations and notices issued by ASIC.
- Acting for an education technology company in Supreme Court proceedings in relation to a dispute over the construction of an agreement for the provision of certain services.
- Acting for liquidators and insolvent companies in proceedings involving allegations of voidable transactions and breaches of directors' duties.
- Acting for parties in the Real Property List in the Supreme Court in proceedings seeking the extension/removal of caveats, and related equitable and contractual claims.
