Alex works in our insurance team, advising insurers on mass tort recoveries, class actions and property damage and construction claims. He is very experienced in assessing common law damages . He manages a broad range of matters, including construction defects, indemnity, fraud, water ingress, Australian Consumer Law, coronial and government-related matters. His experience includes assessing common law damages in major property damage proceedings, including matters arising from the Queensland floods and Victorian bushfires.
Clients value Alex for his efficient and technology-enabled approach to litigation. HIs is focused on leveraging technology, including emerging AI capabilities, to improve efficiency and provide value to his clients.
Alex also contributes to the community through assisting clients on a pro bono basis and volunteering his time outside of work at community legal centres, reflecting his commitment to improving access to justice.
