Alasdair is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises founders, investors, fund managers and established enterprises on complex transactions and strategic business matters. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures, corporate restructures and commercial contracting.

Alasdair is known for providing practical, commercially focused advice and for building long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor on their most significant corporate decisions. He combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the industries in which his clients operate, helping them navigate opportunities, manage risk and execute transactions that support their growth, investment and succession objectives.

Alasdair has significant cross border and foreign investment experience, having worked in Australia, Europe and North America. He is recognised for his expertise in a number of legal guides, including The Best Lawyers guide in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors course and holds a Master of Business Law from the University of Sydney.
