- Advises and assists both organisations and individuals with preparation of nomination and visa applications, including complex cases that involve health or character issues.
- Supports organisations with development of internal processes and delivers education sessions that strengthen employer compliance with migration laws.
- Acts for organisations in respect to Australian Border Force monitoring and ‘Notice of Intention to Take Action’ notices.
- Works with small and large organisations to develop immigration policy documents to ensure a best practice approach to sponsored visa process and ‘Right to Work’ verification.
- Advises clients on and assists with implementation of legally compliant clawback and reimbursement agreements for issuance to employer-sponsored visa holders.
- Provides strategic advice to organisations who require a labour agreement to gain access to off-list occupations or other concessions that fall outside of standard employer-sponsored visa programs.
