Adam's practice focuses on defending common law and statutory benefits claims brought under the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic). He acts for WorkSafe Victoria, its agents and employers.
