
Abby works in our employment and workplace relations team, advising public and private sector employers on all aspects of employment, industrial relations, human rights and privacy law. provides strategic advice on general employment and HR issues, modern award interpretation, enterprise agreements, labour hire, and modern slavery obligations. She also represents clients in employment disputes in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Courts.

Experience
- Experienced in a broad range of employment litigation, including breach of contract claims, misuse of confidential information claims, industrial disputes, unfair dismissal applications, general protections proceedings and discrimination claims.
- Advising clients on Victorian labour hire licensing obligations and regulated labour hire arrangement orders.
- Advising on general employment and HR issues, including employee misconduct, underperformance, termination of employment and redundancies.
- Advising on compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), enterprise agreements and modern awards.
- Conducting workplace investigations.
- Assisting clients with preparing annual modern slavery statements.
