New appointment expands Hall & Wilcox’s commercial law and technology expertise
Leading independent business law firm Hall & Wilcox has expanded its technology and digital economy and corporate and commercial expertise with the appointment of partner John Gray to the firm’s Sydney office.
John will lead the information technology and intellectual property practice in Sydney. He brings extensive experience advising clients on commercial transactions and legal disputes in the fields of technology, telecommunications and media.
John’s expertise covers all the legal issues associated with the use of technology in business and government, including licensing, privacy and data protection, copyright, branding and e-payments.
