Hall & Wilcox strengthens Perth practice and national employment and safety capability with two new appointments

Hall & Wilcox has boosted its Perth commercial practice and national employment and safety capability with the appointment of new partner Rosemary (Rosie) Roach and special counsel Nicholas (Nick) Beech.

Rosie is a senior practitioner with more than 20 years' experience in employment, industrial, work health and safety and discrimination law. She has assisted clients with large and diverse workforces, across a variety of industries. Rosie has previously been a partner in a major national firm.

Nick is an employment lawyer with a focus on work, health and safety. Nick also has broad previous experience in insurance and construction. Nick was previously in a senior role at a major global law firm.

Managing Partner Tony Macvean said Rosie and Nick’s experience would enhance the firm's national employment and safety offering, and continue the growth of the firm’s broader WA commercial practice.
