Hall & Wilcox, six other firms and Justice Connect are part of a partnership that has been nominated for the Pro Bono Partnership Award at the 2017 Justice Awards, presented by the Law and Justice Foundation of NSW.

Hall & Wilcox has been a member of Justice Connect for a number of years and takes part in the Self-Representation Service in NSW for those who are unrepresented in the Federal Court.

This is the second time the firm has been part of a partnership nominated for the award.

“Our nomination, along with other firms in the partnership with Justice Connect, is a wonderful recognition of the great work done by those involved in the Self-Representation Service in advising self-represented litigants” says Hall & Wilcox Director of Pro Bono & Community, Nathan Kennedy.

“This service provides invaluable assistance to clients on navigating a complex legal system and is vital to assist the Federal Court in running efficiently. We are very proud of our volunteers, our involvement and support of Justice Connect”.

Winners will be announced on 19 October 2017 at the NSW Parliament House.

Hall & Wilcox acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, sea and waters on which we work, live and engage. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
