Hall & Wilcox has boosted its national commercial disputes expertise with the appointment of Penny Ford as a construction and projects disputes partner in the firm’s Perth office.

Penny is an experienced and high-profile construction and projects disputes lawyer and commercial litigator. She has a strong track record of advising on and managing complex, high stakes disputes for a wide range of commercial and government clients. She has a focus on litigation and arbitration of construction, oil and gas, and project disputes but also has extensive experience managing other commercial disputes.

Penny will add significant strength to the firm’s capability and practice in Western Australia, and add further depth to its national construction and projects team.

Managing Partner Tony Macvean said that Penny’s appointment is a significant coup for the firm.
