Hall & Wilcox has further deepened its corporate and transactional capability with the appointment of new partner Steve Johns.
Steve’s practice focuses on corporate law and transactions, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private capital raisings. He has particular expertise in transactions in the technology, life sciences, biotechnology and services sectors. His clients include foreign and domestic corporations and private equity and venture capital funds.
With significant experience in both Australian and American markets, and in facilitating transactions throughout the Asia Pacific region, Steve offers invaluable international insights and has an extensive global network.
