Hall & Wilcox appoints new partner to Sydney corporate and commercial practice
Leading independent business law firm, Hall & Wilcox, has added to its growing Sydney corporate and commercial practice with the appointment of Jacqui Barrett as a partner.
Jacqui brings extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including in commercial contracts, intellectual property, corporate compliance and governance and mergers and acquisitions. Having worked with a wide variety of clients, from entrepreneurs through to ASX listed companies, she has built a strong reputation as a leading advisor. Jacqui was previously a partner at Bartier Perry.
Tony Macvean, Managing Partner of Hall & Wilcox, said Jacqui’s ability to work across general commercial law along with corporate advisory and transactional work is a strength. “Jacqui’s skills are a fantastic complement to Danny Herceg’s transactional practice in our Sydney office.
Jacqui is a great fit with the firm’s Smarter Law focus. She displays qualities that we value, with a strong emphasis on premium client experience, and we welcome her aboard.”
Jacqui said she was delighted to be joining Hall & Wilcox’s Corporate & Commercial team.
‘I strongly identify with Hall & Wilcox’s distinct approach to the practice of law and focus on understanding its clients’ needs. I am looking forward to working with the team at Hall & Wilcox, offering my corporate and commercial legal experience to its clients and assisting with the continued growth and success of the firm.’
