Hall & Wilcox has advised NewCold on its acquisition of the Karras Group.
NewCold is a global leader in advanced food logistics, based in the Netherlands. Founded in 2012, it specialises in automated temperature-controlled storage, and has operations across Europe, North America and Australia. Karras Group is an Australian family-owned refrigerated transport, cold storage and logistic service provider, founded in 1976.
NewCold’s acquisition will allow it to grow its footprint and offering to customers in Australia.
