Hall & Wilcox advised shareholders of iGreenData Pty Ltd, a leading cloud-enabled, data-centric digital solutions company, on the acquisition of iGreenData Pty Ltd by Synechron, a global digital transformation consulting firm headquartered in New York.

Founded and headquartered in Melbourne, iGreenData has offices in Bangalore and Chennai. This strategic acquisition integrates iGreenData into the Synechron group, enhancing their collective capabilities to deliver best-in-class transformative digital experiences on a global scale. This milestone leverages their combined expertise to drive innovative digital solutions worldwide.

The Hall & Wilcox team, led by Partner Michelle Eastwell and supported by Senior Associates  Chris Wright and Jarrad McAuliffe, as well as Lawyer Grace Baty, provided comprehensive legal support. They advised and assisted with the negotiation of transaction documents and the closing of the transaction.
