Hall & Wilcox advises Germany-based Waldner group on acquisition of Australian lab business
Hall & Wilcox has advised the Waldner group on its acquisition of the business of Laboratory Systems Group Pty Ltd.
Headquartered in Germany, Waldner develops and produces customised filling systems, process systems, laboratories and learning spaces. Laboratory Systems Group is a pioneer in Australia for lab solutions designed for maximum safety and optimum performance.
With this acquisition, Waldner will strengthen its presence in the APAC region and amplify service offerings in Australia and New Zealand.
Hall & Wilcox conducted the legal and tax due diligence, drafted and negotiated all transaction documents and advised Waldner on corporate, tax, IP and employment law.
