disputes related to the Motor Accidents Insurance Act 2017 are becoming a larger part of the work, taking over from the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999. The deterrence of fraudulent claims continues to be a focus.

the incorporation of some of the online workarounds introduced to deal with COVID-19 into everyday work practices.

My proudest achievement:
it’s always greatly satisfying to uncover evidence to support a suspicion you have that a claim may not be all it seems.
