Property & Projects Lauri has a particular focus on financing, security, social infrustructre and projects and is able to draw from her broader commercial experience in advising on general corporate and commercial documentation and transactions, banking and financial documentation and transactions, together with experience advising on the structuring, delivery and financing of various social and affordable housing projects.
Lauri’s clients benefit from her broad commercial experience, coupled together with a specific expertise in finance, security and large scale projects.
Lauri has experience acting for developers, community housing providers, domestic and international borrowers, banks and non-bank lenders in the financing construction of property and large scale projects.
Lauri has a broad understanding of and signficant experience in trade and inventory financing, having worked closely with and for inventory finance providers across Australia.
Lauri also advises on finance, security including the Personal Property Securities Act 2009, ESG and sustainable finance and projects generally, including social infrastructure projects.
