Insurance Daniella’s practice focuses on common law and statutory benefit claims in all jurisdictions, where she continuously delivers quality results.
Daniella acts for WorkSafe Victoria, its agents and employers to defend claims brought pursuant to the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic). Prior to joining Hall & Wilcox, Daniella was employed as a plaintiff lawyer in WorkCover, transport accident and public liability claims.
