Jake’s practice focusses on personal injury litigation. Jake manages common law applications and statutory benefit claims made pursuant to the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic). Jake is a member of WorkSafe Victoria’s circuit team which manages common law applications and statutory benefit disputes in the Bendigo region.
Jake is also a member of the team which manages serious injury and common law matters on behalf of the Transport Accident Commission.
Jake is an efficient litigator with strong dispute resolution skills.
