Paralegal Pathways Program

As a firm we are committed to providing law students with the opportunity to gain valuable legal experience whilst they are completing their degree.

We offer casual paralegal opportunities across all of our locations. Opportunities range from 2-5 days per week depending on team needs and university commitments. You will have the opportunity to work with capable and experienced people across all levels, and be directly involved in interesting legal work. The work will be of benefit to you, our clients and the firm. There will be a diverse range of learning opportunities, hands on practical legal experience and mentoring from experienced lawyers.

Dependant on your practice area, as a paralegal at Hall & Wilcox you could gain experience in;

  • Legal research tasks
  • Preparing court documents for litigated matters
  • Large scale e-discovery
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Attending client meetings
  • Running small litigation matters from start to finish
